Smile! You're on Amazon!

Are you familiar with the AmazonSmile program? It’s a remarkably simple program where Amazon donates a portion—an admittedly small portion, but still a portion—of your Amazon purchases to the nonprofit of your choosing. All you have to do is go to smile.amazon.com when you shop and the amount is donated automatically!

Amazon’s own description says it well:

AmazonSmile is a simple way for you to support your favorite charitable organization every time you shop, at no cost to you. AmazonSmile is available at smile.amazon.com on your web browser and can be activated in the Amazon Shopping app for iOS and Android phones. When you shop with AmazonSmile, you’ll find the exact same low prices, vast selection and convenient shopping experience as Amazon.com, with the added benefit that AmazonSmile will donate 0.5% of your eligible purchases to the charitable organization of your choice. You can choose from over one million organizations to support.

After receiving our Determination Letter from the IRS, we began building our GuideStar profile. One of benefits of a GuideStar profile is automatic registration with the AmazonSmile program! So now, Qavah Ministries is one in a million!

If you haven’t already done so, you can easily link your Amazon profile to the AmazonSmile program, then pick your favorite charity to support with your future Amazon purchases. We’ve personally supported various nonprofits through AmazonSmile over the years, changing our recipient charity from time to time. Recently, we changed ours to Qavah Ministries!
