The Heart of Thrive
What if your worst season became your greatest testimony?
Written from the depths of federal prison, Thrive: From the Inside Out is more than a memoir. It’s a call to courage, healing, and purpose.
With honesty and grit, Delton shares his journey from shame to strength—and the surprising joy he found behind bars. Through it all, God was writing a bigger story… and it didn’t end with his release.
“If pain is inevitable, let’s not waste it. Let’s recycle it.”

Delton co-founded Qavah Ministries with his wife, Pam, establishing a nonprofit that inspires, equips, and mobilizes churches to support families affected by incarceration. After experiencing the justice system firsthand, Delton became convinced that local churches possess unique positioning to bring hope to those navigating difficult seasons.
Delton serves church and nonprofit leaders through ICNU, a consulting practice dedicated to providing strategic clarity and operational structure. Drawing from his experience in financial leadership and his Master’s in Biblical and Theological Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary, he helps organizations turn complex challenges into actionable systems so they can fulfill their mission more effectively.
He and Pam live in Ocala, Florida, where he enjoys cycling, songwriting, and cultivating meaningful conversations about faith, resilience, and redemption.
Why this book?
Why now?
Because there’s a silent crisis in our churches: families carrying invisible burdens while their loved ones serve time.
Chapter 11 of Thrive casts the vision for Qavah Ministries—a movement to awaken the Church to this often-overlooked mission field.
Your purchase of Thrive helps fuel that vision.
“Selling the first 10,000 copies is my job. After that, it’s the book’s job.”
